Duties and Responsibilities:Performs public relation duties and activities related to the enforcement of the College's parking regulations.

  • Provides parking information and general directions to students, employees and visitors.
  • Interacts with a diverse number of people using excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Enforces parking regulations, which includes citation issuance, traffic control and public relations.
  • Checks vehicles for parking violations; monitors permit use; maintains related data; and coordinates towing and booting vehicles as appropriate.
  • Audits, collects monies, data and repairs of meters.
  • Participates in special events parking; and assists in traffic and crowd control.
  • Performs other related duties of a similar nature and level as assigned.
  • Minimum Requirements:High school diploma or GED, and one (1) year of customer service or related experience.
